]]>The red carpet in Cannes delivered a healthy dose of black and white gowns, but it was all about vibrant colors this time around. The stars in attendance took the words “red carpet” quite literally and stole the show in fiery red gowns, but it was also a time for orange and yellow dresses to shine in the spotlight.
The Cannes Film Festival brought back some of the biggest red carpet trends of the past few months. Capes, gloves, and feathers were all the rage this year, and cutout dresses returned in style, bringing some edge to the red carpet.
When it comes to emerging trends, exposed bras are definitely the biggest new craze to take the fashion world by storm in Cannes. We’ve seen Elsa Hosk, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, and Scarlett Johansson give this trend their seal of approval, and we’re expecting the rest of Hollywood to follow suit.
