She appeared on the cover of the September issue of Vogue Hong Kong as the first black woman ever and she looked absolutely stunning. This comes a year after she became the first black woman on the cover of British Vogue in September issue.

Besides the cover, there are more photos of Rihanna in the editorial inside the magazine. For the photoshoot, she wore several dresses with floral and abstract prints that came from famous designer houses like Louis Vuitton, Dries Van Noten, and Alexander McQueen. Her makeup was done by makeup artist Kanako Takase who decided to go with a minimalist, neutral look that emphasized Rihanna’s natural beauty. 

Fenty Media tweeted a collage of all the Vogue covers Rihanna has appeared, “from Vogue Italia in 2009 to Vogue Hong Kong in 2019.” That’s a lot of Vogue covers for someone who’s only 31 years old, but that’s why RiRi is a superstar.
