]]>We seriously think that embracing differences is awesome and if you want to apply faux freckles to your face you should absolutely be able to. Here’s how to do it in several easy steps.
Do your makeup as you usually would. Freckles will come last.
Help your makeup stay in place with a setting spray. This will prevent the faux freckles from running during the day.
Scrape some dark brown (matte!) eyeshadow with a spoolie until you get fine powder. You don’t need too much of it.
Using a brush, flick the shadow over your nose and cheeks it will fall down to your face in an irregular pattern which is exactly what you want — it will look more natural.
If you want some more freckles at specific spots, draw them with a brown pencil or lip liner. Everything will still probably look too dark, which is why you need the last step.
Tap the foundation over the freckles until they look natural and blend with your skin.
