]]>Miuccia Prada, head designer of Prada and the founder of its subsidiary Miu Miu, broke the news in an official press release and explained why they decided to take this important step towards building a better world.
“The Prada Group is committed to innovation and social responsibility, and our fur-free policy is an extension of that engagement. Focusing on innovative materials will allow the company to explore new boundaries of creative design, while meeting the demand for ethical products.”
Joh Vinding, chairman of the Fur Free Alliance, praised Prada and Miu Miu for joining a growing group of fur-free brands that are responding to consumers’ changing attitudes towards animals.
Both brands will unveil their fur-free collection in September, and it will present their spring/summer 2020 line.

]]>According to Miu Miu’s official website, Twist mixes vibrant apple blossom blends with warm cedar wood and pink amber in a sensual and surprising scent. Its vintage bottle represents a twisted take on the brand’s signature matelassé material, rendered in high contrast.
In addition to starring in print campaign for the brand, Elle Fanning also filmed a short visual which is unlike most of the fragrance ads we’ve seen in the past. She agreed to work on this project because it’s quirky, offbeat and beautiful – just like Twist itself.
“The fragrance has these unexpected notes that are sweet, but not too sweet. I would describe the fragrance as a social fragrance for going out and taking on the world in a way,” explained the young actress.
