Even if that’s the case, her red carpet appearance made one thing clear – black velvet dresses are back, and they’re here to stay.

The famous reality star opted for a Vivienne Westwood gown and added some drama to her look with several chunky necklaces that gave us a strong ‘90s vibe – just like one of her latest makeup collections, which paid homage to this era.

Kim Kardashian was spotted in this outfit about a week after she attended Creative Arts Emmy Awards in a similar dress. She showed up on the red carpet in another black velvet number with a high neckline and finished the look with a pair of matching heels with crisscross straps.
