]]>Coach’s new campaign puts a spotlight on some of the items in their latest ready-to-wear and bag collection – including several of their timeless classics such as the Hutton and the Rambler.
Stuart Vevers, creative director of this fashion house, wanted their new campaign to capture the color, energy, and optimism of New York. He worked closely with photographer Juergen Teller to bring his vision to life, and they ended up shooting in several iconic locations around the city, which perfectly highlight the New York City skyline.
This idea immediately resonated with Jennifer Lopez, who couldn’t wait to join forces with Coach, because she sees it as a brand that embodies the essence of being born and bred in New York.
“In all it creates, Coach promotes individuality and optimism in its style as well as a sense of authenticity and inclusion. Like me, we’re both New York originals, who create a unique mix of high-fashion with street edge,” said J.Lo in a statement.

]]>This may seem like a surprising mix, but Jordan’s fans are already aware he adores anime and this happens to be one of his favorite shows. He obviously wants to make things personal when it comes to his fashion collaborations, and he gives a shout-out to things he truly loves.
“With my name on this collection, it was important to design pieces that represent my cultural influences and my community; pieces that I could see my friends, family and fans wearing with pride. As with all aspects of my work, this collection is about bringing fresh perspectives and unique voices to the forefront,” said the Black Panther star in a statement.
The promotional clip sees Michael B. Jordan taking a stroll through neon-drenched Tokyo streets while rocking some of the pieces from Coach’s latest collection, which features a signature eye motif and other imagery inspired by the beloved anime series.
