Because this mom deserves two high fives! ✋?✋? . When the boys decided to go all #captainamerica on #thefourthofjuly (at 6 AM this morning ?), you betcha I jumped in on the opportunity to brush off some #oldhalloweencostumes and got right to work! We made some #redwhiteandblue ? waffles and while they enjoyed them, I checked in with a few of my coaches and challengers to remind them that today is a holiday but we have to be #mindful seeing how #wecantoutworkabaddiet (Lord knows I need this reminder too) ? and got us ready for the day BUT now it's time for this mom to beg the universe for some #superheropowers (or just wait a few more minutes for my #energize to kick in) to push play! ▶ .
