Taraji P. Henson has a new hair-care line coming our way, and getting our hands on it will be much easier than expected. The highly-anticipated collection will be available exclusively at Target, and all of the products will be infused with cruelty-free and vegan ingredients.
The Empire star previously discussed her endeavor with People, and said she wanted to provide her customers with “luxury at an affordable price point.” She decided to create this line after realizing her scalp wasn’t being properly cared for while she wore it in protective styles.
“Women think that just because you have your hair braided up under a weave or wig that you don’t have to [do anything else]. But you have to take care of it. I created applicators that deliver the product to your scalp. It’s not compromised on your fingertips or wasted on your hair,” said Henson.
TPH by Taraji is expected to feature a total of 18 products for different hair types, including straight, wavy and curly. They’ll tackle different aspects of hair care, such as scalp care, cleansing, and repair, and none of them will set you back by more than $15. The entire line will be available at Target stores and the official website on January 29th.
