Ariana Grande worked with a couple of our favorite brands over the years, and she’s adding another one to the list. Luxury fashion house Givenchy recently announced she’ll serve as the new face of their brand.
Givenchy teased Grande’s new role in a series of not-so-subtle Instagram posts. Ari’s signature ponytail immediately gave her away, and it didn’t take long for the whole world to figure out what’s happening.
After finally making her appointment as brand ambassador official, Givenchy bosses described Grande as “modern muse and the voice of a generation” and “one of the most influential forces in pop culture today”.
“A Grammy award-winning performer, songwriter, and singer, she naturally embodies the spirit of the Givenchy woman with impertinence, generosity and a lightning wit – all cloaked in a touch of mystery,” reads brand’s official statement.
Ariana Grande said she’s proud to be the new face of Givenchy because she loves “their clothing and the confidence and joy it brings to the people wearing it.”
She’ll be featured in the fall-winter 2019 campaign, which is set to be unveiled this July.
