Yesterday the Grand Palais has mutated into a splendid dark forest which Karl Lagerfeld thought of bringing the wealds within. The catwalk was fringed with trees surrounded by dead leaves laying on the runway and tree trunks were also stationed for viewers to sit.

A collection of snug clothing – long coats, lace dresses, scarves, puffers and tights which got variations of fabrics such as knits, tweeds, wools, quilts and fur that goes along with flat pointed leather lustrous shoes and boots. Forest colors were emphasized and some got print of leaves. Tones of gray, black and light brown opened the show. There were also shades of brighter colors, oranges and pinks into the collection that can be seen on some of the evening gloves and purses.

Final looks featured fashion model and actress Kaia Gerber in a mini black lace dress with pink gloves and unalike earrings. The other pair of the earring shows the double ‘C’ logo of the brand.

The messy bun hairdo of the models were just right for the theme adding to the idea of the new trends this year for the fall.

This fashion is an enchanting way for staying warm on a cold walk.
