Kanye West already transformed his Yeezy brand into a billion-dollar empire, and he’s showing no signs of stopping. The famous rapper is joining forces with Gap for a new Yeezy clothing line.

The Yeezy Gap line will launch in 2021, and it’s expected to feature “modern, elevated basics for men, women, and kids at accessible price points”, developed by Yeezy design studio, under West’s creative direction.

“We are excited to welcome Kanye back to the Gap family as a creative visionary, building on the aesthetic and success of his Yeezy brand and together defining a next-level retail partnership,” said the global head of Gap Brand, Mark Breitbard.

Details are being kept under wraps, but it’s been reported that West struck a 10-year deal with Gap. He’s also expected to earn royalties from the sales and potential equity.

This isn’t the rapper’s first high-profile fashion partnership. His Adidas collaboration became the most lucrative project of his career, and his net worth has been estimated at $1.3 billion due to the sole ownership of his Yeezy brand.
