Nico Parker is one of Hollywood’s biggest rising stars that you’ll soon see everywhere, starting with Lancôme’s next campaign. The young British actress became the latest global ambassador of this beauty brand and made history as the youngest person to ever hold this role.
Parker made her acting debut in Tim Burton’s Dumbo and went on to appear in The Last of Us, but her career is yet to blow up. She received the Breakthrough Performance Award at the Sundance Film Festival earlier this year for her role in Suncoast and landed key roles in the next Bridget Jones movie and How to Train Your Dragon live-action adaptation.
All the major fashion and beauty brands will soon be working with Parker, and Lancôme wanted to be the first, choosing her as their youngest global ambassador.
“We are impressed by Nico’s level of maturity at only 19 years of age, as well as her radiant personality and the thoughtful intelligence with which she approaches her career and the world at large. We’re very excited for everybody to discover the fruits of our collaboration in the near future,” reads the brand’s statement.
Parker said it’s an honor to become a part of the family of incredibly talented and inspiring women representing Lancôme, which includes Julia Roberts, Amanda Seyfried, Zendaya, and Emma Chamberlain.
