Lancôme joined forces with many amazing A-list celebrities over the years, and they’re showing no signs of stopping. The Grammy-winning singer Olivia Rodrigo is the latest celebrity to join the Lancôme family as their global brand ambassador.
Françoise Lehmann, Lancôme’s international brand president, announced Rodrigo as their new ambassador and said she was chosen for her independent spirit and her commitment to building an equitable and just future for women and girls.
“We’re all captivated by her striking personality and immense talent, and inspired by her commitment to positive change… Turning personal stories into music that resonates universally, few artists of her generation connect with this many people across continents and generations like Olivia,” said Lehmann in a statement.
Rodrigo said she’s proud to be a part of the Lancôme family because this iconic and timeless brand promotes beauty from within. She also stressed the importance of embracing individuality in the world of beauty since there are many unrealistic expectations placed on young women today.
Rodrigo’s first campaign with Lancôme sees her embracing her signature winged eyeliner and a bold red lip. Lancôme listed the products she used on their official website, including Idôle liner and waterproof mascara, L’absolu rouge cream lipstick, and juicy tubes gloss.
