Photographer Craig McDean was behind the lens and he stayed true to brand’s tradition by embracing Hubert de Givenchy’s preferred style of portrait, dubbed “the Givenchy sitting.” Young singer still managed to stay true to herself, and posed with her signature high ponytail in every picture.
Grande has been a huge fan of this brand even before she became their latest ambassador, and said it’s an honor to become a part of the Givenchy family.

After finally making her appointment as brand ambassador official, Givenchy bosses described Grande as “modern muse and the voice of a generation” and “one of the most influential forces in pop culture today”.
“A Grammy award-winning performer, songwriter, and singer, she naturally embodies the spirit of the Givenchy woman with impertinence, generosity and a lightning wit – all cloaked in a touch of mystery,” reads brand’s official statement.
Ariana Grande said she’s proud to be the new face of Givenchy because she loves “their clothing and the confidence and joy it brings to the people wearing it.”
She’ll be featured in the fall-winter 2019 campaign, which is set to be unveiled this July.

He created the shirt dress that was recognized prominently. Audrey Hepburn developed friendship with him for 40 years and became a medium in setting the actress as one of the unsurpassed best dressed in Hollywood. The brand is merged with LVMH since 1988.
