]]>Directed by Petra Collins, who previously gave us an equally stylish music video for “Good 4 U”, the video for “Brutal” is the very definition of nostalgia overload. We can see Rodrigo go through countless wardrobe changes in under three minutes and they all look like straight out of a different era.
It’s no secret that Rodrigo has a soft spot for Y2K fashion and beauty, and she took things to a whole new level in “Brutal”. From bandana-wrapped buns and mall rat pigtails, her hair is always on point—and don’t even get us started on her outfits!

Gaga’s video for “Stupid Love” takes place in the fictional world of Chromatica, and it shows the singer rocking several pink metal outfits. DeWitt revealed that Gaga had a pretty hands-on approach to the design process, and she knew exactly what she wants even before DeWitt came on board.
