It joins four original colors (Signature, Tuxedo, Royal, and Tweed), and one thing that makes it different from its predecessors is its shimmery texture, reminiscent of satin and subtle shine of silk.

Victoria Beckham said she was thinking about the tension between refinement and rebellion while working on her latest beauty drop, and drew inspiration from different ideas of women, but with no restrictions.

“[I was inspired by] overriding sentiment that we don’t have to follow the rules. We can follow our instincts. The look is pared back – a fresh, healthy complexion, paired with a golden highlight on the eyes allowing each individual’s characteristics to shine through,” said the fashion icon in a press release.

Beckham’s new drop features two products – a sheer natural-matte Bitten Lip Tint, set to give your lips the perfect pout and precise, and a waterproof Lip Definer in six different shades, fitting for every skin tone.

When it comes to the brand’s philosophy, the former Spice Girl is putting sustainability first. All of her products will be safe and cruelty-free, and she’s using this brand to fully embrace the concept of clean beauty.

“Developed through Victoria Beckham’s unique perspective, these are the products she felt were missing from her makeup bag – cleanly formulated, high performance beauty solutions for the modern individual who lives life on-the-move and to the fullest,” reads the brand’s official description.

Victoria Beckham Beauty officially launched on September 14th, a day ahead of the designer’s show at London Fashion Week where models at her runaway show tried out the new beauty products.

Each self-inspired line is immortalized on her signature loose-fit Jersey cotton shirts and retail for £95.

Beckham told Vogue that “The Victoria, Victoria Beckham line is always going to have an element of me poking fun at myself. I say these things all the time, I should really just write them all down.”

Beckham posted a photo of herself lazing in bed wearing the “Style Icon” tee, captioning the pic, “Never know what to wear..” The former popstar’s youtube channel collaborator, Derek Blasberg, commented, “Should I be offended that you gave me every other shirt but that one?!” Apparently, Beckham is sending him subtle hints to up his style game, or more likely she just forgot that one. The designer exercises a lot to stay in such great shape. Back in January, she told Guardian about her fitness routine that includes “30 minutes legs, 30 minutes arms, toning, and conditioning, then loads of planks and that kind of thing for my core,” every single day.

“[Working out is] part of who I am now, and I really enjoy it,” she told the paper. “That was a big part of why I wanted to work with Reebok — I had very specific ideas about the workout clothes that I wanted to wear and couldn’t find.”
