The NAACP Image Awards tend to deliver one of the most colorful and bold red carpets of the entire award season. They definitely didn’t disappoint this year, and here are some of the most epic looks from the most recent ceremony.

Regina King

King cemented her status as one of the fashion MVPs of this year’s award season with the extravagant one-shouldered Oscar de la Renta gown with a giant bow.

Janelle Monáe

Janelle Monáe rocked our world in a black-and-white Christian Siriano dress with a cutout waist and finished the look with chunky gold jewelry.

Tracee Ellis Ross

Ross never struggled to impress us with her fashion choices, and she did it again with her structured all-black Schiaparelli combo and over-the-top platform heels.

Marsai Martin

Black dresses were ruling the red carpet at this year’s NAACP Image Awards, but we have to give a shout-out to Martin for putting a twist on them with this feathered Christian Siriano number.

Viola Davis

Davis brought some color to the red carpet in a vibrant gown with a peplum detail and a fishtail hem, crafted by Nigerian-born designer Duro Olowu.
