Well the best-dressed people of 2019 have officially been chosen and if you weren’t at the party, sorry to tell you, you’re not one of them. Vanity Fair hosted a soirée for those aforementioned VIPs at Saks’ L’avenue.
Celebs who made the cut included Priyanka Chopra Jonas, Jordan Roth, Nicholaus Braun, Jeremy O. Harris, Natalia Dyer, Mia Moretti, Aurora James, Kimberly Drew, and Adesuwa Aighewi. Vanity Fair editor in chief Radhika Jones was also in attendance and said of her guests, “What stood out to me is less a trend and more an attitude, which is that people feel very liberated to express themselves and enjoy themselves through fashion.”
Jones feels that the latest generation of fashion darlings are going to set the pace for style from now on, telling Vogue that “The presence of this kind of youthfulness in the culture, I think it’s so incredibly energizing. It’s fun to put together a list like ours and mix those forces to see the individuality of 20-somethings in our culture right now.” Guess we know whose wardrobes to keep an eye on!
