Euphoria’s Makeup Artist is Making Us Miss the Show’s Epic Beauty Looks

It’s been almost a year since Euphoria changed the way we look at makeup, and beauty lovers are still not done raving about it. The show’s makeup artist, Doniella Davy, added some more fuel to the fire by sharing groundbreaking new looks on her Instagram page.

Davy created her home beauty looks with fewer resources than she had on the set of Euphoria, but they’re still equally epic. Some of them even feature makeup trends that the show had put on the map, such as graphic eyeliner and glitter tears.

The best thing about Davy’s home makeup is that’s she’s incredibly detailed with her captions. She isn’t posting video tutorials, but each of her looks is still followed by a lengthy description of her creative process and the list of products she used to accomplish it.

It’s still unclear how long we’ll have to wait for the second season of Euphoria, but Davy’s Instagram page is here to give us all the makeup inspiration we need in the meantime. She’s breaking new ground with each new look, and we can’t wait to see what she has in store for Zendaya, Hunter Schafer, and co. when the teen show comes back.

Spontaneous & unfinished but I’m into it! The other night I went OFF on my face with a @kvdveganbeauty powder foundation for no reason while organizing my makeup studio, and then randomly but w/ intense sudden purpose applied blue lipstick on way past my lip line. 👀😂 Then I was like, “This is not my look,” so I took that as a challenge to turn it into a look that I liked. I messed with it for a few mins, took some pics and called it a night. I kept my eyebrows scruffy to contrast with the heavily beat face. I’m not used to wearing visible makeup so if I have everything polished I feel too done up and just not like me. Anyone else out there feel that? I’m having second thoughts about NOT using the electric blue eyeliner as a lip liner, but I also kinda like how none of the colors match but they all are VIBING. I believe the technical term I’m looking for is complimentary colors 🤓 // I’m hiding my other eye because I did something different w/ the blue liner and I hated it (on me) so I’m creating a diversion with this cute pink mirror from @fentybeauty 🤷‍♀️ Products used: @kvdveganbeauty eyeshadow in Sentient, @ofracosmetics Fixline eyeliner in Stairway to Heaven, @fentybeauty highlighter in Holo at Me + Plush Matte lipsticks in Ballerina Blackout + Ya Dig, + @glowrecipe watermelon mist to add some sheen back into the powder foundation, which was VERY high coverage + quite warm for my face but whateva! #lipombre #complimentarycolors
