Going to bed with wet hair is one of the worst things you can do. Yes, life is tiring, but keeping your hair healthy and dry takes only 10 minutes yet so many women are exhausted at the end of the day and fall asleep with hair that is soaking wet. These are just a part of the reasons why you should always dry it before you head to the bedroom.

Harder to Style It

If you go to sleep with wet hair you will spend more time styling it in the morning. It doesn’t matter if your hair is straight or curly, it won’t look good the next day. This means that you’ll need to wet it again and style it.

It Can Cause Breakage

Hair is extremely weak when it’s wet. Tossing and turning at night will only make things worse.

You Can Get Sick

Bacteria, Bacteria

Bacteria thrive in wet and hot places. So, if your hair is wet, you give bacteria the perfect spot to grow. It sure does sound gross, but it’s completely true.
