Yves Saint Laurent bosses sent fans of this brand into a collective frenzy after unveiling their new global ambassador – beloved actor Keanu Reeves. Matrix star will serve as the new face of their fall-winter 2019 menswear collection.
Saint Laurent shared several black and white photos of Reeves, rocking three different looks designed by Anthony Vaccarello. The first look features pinstripe suit and aviator sunglasses, while the second and the third see the actor wearing black leather aviator jacket.
Reeves joins a pretty amazing company of celebrities who previously served as ambassadors for Yves Saint Laurent. Zoë Kravitz and Travis Scott are amongst the latest stars to take on this role, but the inclusion of John Wick actor made fans of the brand more pumped up than ever.
The comment section on Instagram was overflowing with positive comments, describing this collaboration as “the best thing to happen in fashion” and “superb choice”.
Fans of the brand weren’t impressed only because Keanu Reeves happens to be one of Hollywood’s most recognizable faces. He’s also an extremely generous and humble person, who’s constantly impressing the world with his down-to-Earth behavior.
