Naomi Osaka didn’t make it far at this year’s US Open, but that didn’t stop her from making her mark. The four-time Grand Slam champion made the headlines with her bold fashion choices and rocked our world in a series of ruffled outfits by Nike.

The two-time US Open champion is no stranger to making a fashion statement at Flushing Meadows, and this tournament has always been her favorite to dress for. The 26-year-old tennis champion is an ambassador for Nike and Tag Heuer, and she joined forces with these brands for a series of bold outfits at the US Open.

She kicked off the tournament by wearing a bright green Nike dress, created by the Ambush designer Yoon Ahn. It featured a removable green and white tulle tutu, and she paired it with a white windbreaker featuring a matching oversized bow. Her headphones, tennis shoes, and bag were also embellished with bows.

Osaka took part in designing this outfit and she opted for the color green because she associates it with peace and serenity.

“I definitely love to be involved in everything I do, whether it’s fashion or anything else. But I feel like being able to be a part of my tennis outfits gives me, I would say, a different strength,” she told the reporters.

Osaka was eliminated in her second match of the tournament, but she still managed to make an impression in another ruffled dress. She wore black the second time around and finished the look with pearls in her hair.
