Grande’s cosmetics brand R.E.M. Beauty also kept her busy this winter. She launched a new collection titled “Dreamglow” just last month, introducing a range of highlight serums, blushes, lipsticks, and glossy balms that look straight out of a fairy tale.

]]>R.E.M. Beauty’s new collection isn’t only inspired by the new live-action adaption, but the Wicked franchise as a whole. Grande told Vogue that she drew inspiration from the stage show, the movie, and the books, with the packaging combining R.E.M. Beauty shapes with illustrations seen in the original L. Frank Baum novels.
Grande put a lot of effort into this makeup line because she wanted to do it right and create a line of products that feel straight out of the movie. The Ozdust Eyeshadow Palette is the collection’s most magical product, and it includes 12 shades inspired by Elphaba, Glinda, and other iconic characters and moments from the Wicked universe.
R.E.M. Beauty’s new line will also include makeup sets dedicated to the two leading ladies, in addition to undereye masks, lip oils, and glow drops. The limited-edition collection is arriving on the brand’s official website on October 1, before heading to Ulta Beauty in early October.

]]>According to its official website, R.E.M. Beauty “was created to empower you with the tools you need to bring your most vivid, limitless, and creative dreams to life” and it features products that “blend otherworldly ideas with real-world innovation to inspire you to explore what creativity means to you.”
The first collection called “Ultraviolet” features a total of 12 products, divided into three categories—face, lips, and eyes. The face collection features highlighters in 10 different shades, while the lip line comes with lipsticks, lip glosses, and lip stain markers. The eye collection is the most versatile and it comes with everything from eyeshadows and eyeliners to mascaras and fake lashes.
“Ultraviolet” collection comes in futuristic packaging. Grande wanted everyone who uses it to be able to “travel through space and time to a world of cosmic illusions and futuristic lust”. We’re yet to see if this will be a permanent design and if other collections will follow suit.
After months of teasing its drop, Grande finally launched R.E.M. Beauty on November 12th. All the products are available for purchase on the brand’s official website, and the prices range between $15 and $24.

]]>Grande is following the footsteps of fellow hit-makers Rihanna, Selena Gomez, and Halsey by launching her own beauty brand, but this is no news to her fans. The rumors of its launch have been flying around all the way since 2019, when she filed for a trademark for beauty and skincare products, under the title “Thank U, Next”.
Grande apparently opted for a different title along the way, since she’s currently busy teasing the cosmetics brand called R.E.M. Beauty. It’s named after the song “R.E.M.”, featured on her fourth studio album Sweetener, and she described it as a song about “dreaming someone into your life”.
R.E.M. Beauty could potentially feature concealers, lash serums, eyeshadows, eyeliners, lipsticks, highlighters, and hair extensions, but not much is known about its release at the moment. In addition to launching an official website and Instagram page, Grande also teased the brand with several billboards across NYC’s Times Square, but they simply state that R.E.M. is “coming soon”.
