After three years in the making, Stefani’s makeup line finally launched on March 3rd, and it’s coming to selected Sephora stores on March 10th. All the products are available on GXVE’s official website, and you can use them to copy Stefani’s signature look.

The first drop includes makeup and skincare, ranging from lipsticks in three different formulas to a wide range of eye products, including eye shadow quads, eyeliner pencils, and brow pencils.

This makeup-line is a realization of a life-long dream for Stefani, who worked as a makeup artist at department stores in California before finding success with No Doubt. She created it because she wanted to share her love for makeup with a community of people who feel the same way.

“For me, makeup has always been about unleashing creativity and sharing inspiration with a dialed-in community. Since my days as a makeup artist in Anaheim back in the day, I know how transformative makeup can be, and what it makes you feel like,” said Stefani in a press release.

Her application covers a series of beauty products, including “fragrances, cosmetics, skin-care preparations, hair-care preparations, soaps, moisturizers and essential oils.”

Selena Gomez is hardly the first hit-maker to try and conquer the beauty world. Rihanna and Lady Gaga already developed their cosmetics brand, Ariana Grande is in the process of doing so, and Ciara floated the idea of dipping her toes in the beauty world just a couple of days ago.

We’re pretty sure that Gomez thought this idea through, since she has gained a lot of experience in the fashion world thanks to several high-profile collaborations. She’s currently a global ambassador for the famous brands Coach and Puma, and reportedly earns $800.000 per sponsored post on Instagram.

“I really wanted to create a nice daytime smoky eye using browns, an antique, champagne gold color like Nala, and a warm gold like Simba. It’s all about strategically placing these colors so that no matter where my client turns, their look is never too shimmery,” revealed Sir John while chatting with People Magazine.
